Objective: To observe the changes in hypertrophic scar of injured rabbit ears under tamoxifen treatment, to explore the effecting and mechanism of tamoxifen on fibroblast in the physical environment,evaluating the feasibility of the clinical application of tamoxifen in inhibiting the scar.Methods: 1. Group: 60 healthy adult New Zealand rabbits, which are randomly devided into 5 groups,control groups(Group A-D) and normal group (Group E), 12 rabbits of each group regardless of sex.The female rabbits have not been pregnant. 2.Preparation:These rabbits are weighted,ordered and recorded as the object of experiment. After anaesthesia, rabbits are layed in 20-25 ℃ laboratory put on platform,then sanitize. 3.Set up hyperplasia scar model: Make four rectangle whole skin lack on each rabbit's ear,avoid vessel. 2.5cm × 1.5cm size,cartilage depth. 4.Observation of hyperplasia scar of rabbits: The control groups eat 0.2% tamoxifen solution 1ml(Group A)2.5ml(Group B)5ml(Group C)10ml(Group D)everyday respectively, normal group eating regularly.
