Studies On Chemical Constituents Of Chloranthus Japonicus Sieb

Chloranthus japonicus Sieb is the herbs,roots and rhizomes of Choranthus japonicus Sieb which belongs to the family of Chlorant-hcease.It is warm,bitter,acrid in favor and poisonous.It has strong effect of activating blood circulation and removing stasis,eliminating wind and damp,detoxifying.It is used for the treatment of traumatic injury,wind-cold type of common cold,arthralgia-syndrome due to wind-wetness evil and boils.In recent years,the Japanese scholar-s'reseach on Chloranthus japonicus Sieb is more active.but domestic scholars don't ask about it.For the sake of developing and making use of Chloranthus japonicus Sieb,the experimemts studies on the chemical constituents of Chloranthus japonicus Sieb in HeiLongJia-ng province.In the course of our studies on chemical constituents of 95% EtOH extraction.ten compounds were isolated with silica gel,ODS column chromatography and HPLC.The structures of four compound were determined by using the chemical and physicochemical methods.they were identified as Cauloside D(3-o-α-L-arabinopyranosyl Hederagenin-28-o-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-4)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 -6)-β-D-glucopyranoside),Lenticin D(3-o-α-L-arabinopyranosyl Caulophyilogenin-28-o-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-4)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-6)-β-D-glucopyranoside),Cauloside G(3-o-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-2)- α-L-arabinopyranosyl Hederagenin-28-o-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-4)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-6)-β-D-glucopyranoside),3-o-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-3)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl Hederagenin-28-o-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-( 1 -4)-β-glucopyranosyl-(1-6)-β-D-glucopyranoside.The four compounds w-ere isolated from Chlorathus japonicus Sieb in HeiLongJiang province for the first time.The result of this experiment will clarify chemical constituentsof Chloranthus japonicus Sieb and provide scientific foundation for promoting research of Chloranthus japonicus Sieb.
