Objective: To assess the value of ultrasonic integrated backscatter in diabetic nephropathy. Methods: In 56 patients with diabetic nephropathy ,they were divided into three groups by UAER and Cr: GroupⅠ,early DN (30cases,male14 female16); GroupⅡclinical DN (16cases,male7 female9); GroupⅢfailure DN(10cases,male6 female4). Healthy members(48cases,male21 female27)served as control subjects.Examed plasma levels of triglyceride, low density lipoprotein.Examed All the confirmed cases and normal controls were divided into four groups:GroupⅠ,early DN; GroupⅡclinical DN, GroupⅢfailure DN, GroupⅣnormal controls. 2-D urtrasound examed the length, breadth and thickness of renal, calculate the volume of renal..Examed IBS of renal substance and renal sinus, the standard renal substance IBS value defined as the renal substance IBS value/ renal sinus IBS value×100 %, IBS %. Results:⑴No significant of IBS% was found between all the patients in GroupⅠand normal subjects.⑵In groupⅡIBS% of all patients age less than 40 years age were significantly higher than normal subjects.⑶In GroupⅢIBS% of patients age 40~59 years and more than or equal to 60 years were significantly higher than normal subjects.⑷IBS% of groupⅡhigher than groupⅠ,when patients age less than 40 years .⑸When patients age 40~59 years and more than or equal to 60 years, there were significantly of IBS% between groupⅠand groupⅡ. IBS% of...
