Objective : (1)For the sake of to know the condition of food poisoning in Wuxi, probe the relation between the food varieties, food industries and seasonal etc, with food poisoning go a step further to grasp the distinguishing feature and regulation of food poisoning in Wuxi, firmly grasp every key of control links and take effective measures, cut down and control the food poisoning occurred, safeguard the safe and health of people. (2) For the sake of to know the real situation of health quality of sauce and pickles,cooked meat products sold in bulk in Wuxi, strengthen the food sanitation supervision will decrease the foodborne diseases.Methods : (1)The datum was origined from the 1986-2002 annual report of food poisoning, the researching report of individual case of food poisoning and the report of treatment of food poisoning. Carry on statistics analysis; among them the population of every year was provided by Statistics Bureau. (2) Microorganism counts detection: according to methods mentioned in aerobic bacterial count in National Standard examination of Microorganism (GB4789.2.3.14-1994). (3) Statistical analysis methods includes:descriptive statistics, chi-square test.Results : (1)Basic condition:From 1986 to 2002, There was 389 cases occured of food poisoning in total in Wuxi, 8496 persons was poisoned. 8 persons died, the attack rate was 11.84/100 000, the fatality rate was 0.09%. There was occurred 22.88 times every year, 22 poisoning persons in every case. (2)Seasonal analysis: Food poisoning was occurred every now the whole year in Wuxi; But anyhow the case number of food poisoning or the people poisoning occurred in July to October mainly. (3)Industries Distribution:During 1986 to 2002, food poisoning occured in restaurant occupied the first place of cases. (4)Analysis of food poisoned:Lead to the varieties of food poisoned,...
