| Due to the no pollution, the natural wild herbs are rich in nutrients, people have gradually become interested in the food. However in the meanwhile, in people’s blind pursuit of potherb edible value, they tend to ignore the fact that edible wild vegetables may lead to the risk of poisoning. In our country because mountain vegetables are eaten unproperly,it leads to food poisoning incidents every year. Food poisoning eve-nts were investigated in Jilin Province in this passage. Survey results for the primary hospital due to wild vegetables lead poisoning accounted for about 10% of the total food poisoning, about 10% of the number of poisoning due to wild vegetables cause the total number of poisoning, and came to the wild vegetables poisoning is not universal, features such as but not where there is a high mortality rate.5 kinds of common wild vegetables poisoning like the day lily, thorn bud, dandeli on, fiddle head, Ma bitter vegetables were studied. In this paper the author discussed in detail about eating edible wild vegetables and preventing measures to prevent wild food poisoning and the treatment after poisoning. In the author’s opinion, to improve people’s understanding of wild herbs, picking scientificly and eating safely are the eff ective measures to reduce the poisoning of wild vegetables, we also should advocate t he facts about wild herbs. |
