| Object: To study the therapeutic effect of Shubuhuo on Hyperplasia of Mammary Gland and to detect Sex Hormones and Cellular immune function for exploring the therapeutic of mechanism.Methods: To study the therapeutic effect of Shubuhuo on 30 case of Hyperplasia of M-ammary Gland after three months(one therapeutic course),including the improving of clinical symptom and the size of adenoncus of the mammary gland.The Sex hormones of lood was evaluated by radioimmunoassay(RIA),including serum estrogen(E2). progestogen(P). prolactin(PRL),T-cell tubgroup(CD3. CD4) was evaluated by flow cytometry,to find the diffence between pretherapy and post-treatment in luteal.Results: ①The size of adenoncus of the mammary gland and the symptom of pain was better than pretherapy,the totle effective rate is 93.34%. ②The serum estrogen of the patient was lower significantly than pretherapy(P<0.01).③The prolactin of the patient was lower than pretherapy(P<0.05).④The progestogen of the patient was higher than pretherapy(P<0.05) ⑤There is no significan difference of CD3 of the patient between the pretherapy and post-treatment(P>0.05),The CD4 was higher than pretherapy(P<0.05).Conclusions: ①The size of adenoncus of the mammary gland and the symptom of pain... |
