Nonsmall-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) of primary lung cancer is a kind of clinical frequent malignant tumor, which threatens people's health severity. From 70s, the application of combination chemotherapy schedules based by cisplatin (DDP) has decided the therapy role in lung cancer and became the third therapy method succeed the operation and radiotherapy methods. However, the toxic reaction of DDP (renal toxicity and digestive tract reaction mainly) confines its clinical application. As the dose response curve of DDP approach straight line, its curative effect increased by the dosage as long as the body is tolerant. How to decrease the toxic reaction in the same dosage is a latest tumor investigative hot spot.Purpose: 1.The difference of chrono-chematherapy schedule and conventional schedule in NSCLC patients, which are cured by DDP, is observed. The midnight-noon and ebb-flow (MNEF) doctrine na-zi time law guides the chrono-chematherapy schedule. 2. Developed the MNEF application and investigated the new time scale of tumor chrono-chemotherapy.Methods: 62 cases suffered from NSCLC were selected in oncology department and anapea department of Fuzhou general hospital from 2004-2 to 2006-1.The patients were divided into 3 groups randomly: 20 patients in CHEN SHI(7 : 00-9 : 00) group( CS), YOU SHI (17 : 00-19 : 00) group(YS) involves 19 patients and control( else time ) group (CG) 23 patients. The renal function and digestive tract reaction difference of these groups after application of DDP were observed.
