Clinlcal Research Of Applying The Theory Of Midnight-noon Ebb-flow To Guide Children With Cough Due To Indigestion Medication

Purpose: Through the study of the pathogenesis of cough on children dyspepsia and the understanding of midnight-noon ebb-flow theory to guide the clinical study on cough due to indigestion medication timing.Observe its clinical curative effect,safety and feasibility to provide a more effective treatment pan for clinical.Method: The 60 cases of cough due to indigestion were randomly divided into two groups,experimental group and control group of thirty cases.In the experimental group,bao he wan and er chen tang was given by timing of medication.In the control group,adopt the normal time of taking medicine(one day the amount of two copies the drug),morning and evening were given bao he wan and er chen tang.Seven days for a course of treatment and the general observation of two courses.Result:The results show that two group of symptoms were impoved significantly.96.7%total effective in treatment group and control group(the total effective rate,86.7%).The statistical results by rank sum test analysis showed signicant difference.According to the symptoms that the effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:It is exact effect and targeted by the theory of midnight-noon ebb-flow to guide children with cough due to indigestion taking medication.And it provide a new way for clinical treatment of cough due to indigestion.
