Clinical Study On Integrated Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine In The Treatment Of Postoperative Patients With Gastric Cancer

Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine treating postoperative patients with gastric cancer。Methord: 42 postoperative patients with gastric cancer were divided into two groups randomly, 22 patients in the treated group have been treated with Jianpixiaoji combined with chemotherapy,20 patients in the control group were treated with chemotherapy alone. The clinical symptoms and the weight ,the life quality,the survival rate,the hemogram,the adverse reaction of the patients in both groups after treatment were observed.Result: The treatment of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine can improve clinical symptoms,weight and Karnofsky grade in treatment group. In addition,the adverse reaction of treatment group were lower obviously.The clinical therapeutic efficacy in treatment group were significantly better than that in control group . but the survival rates of two groups haven't obviously different. Conclusions: The treatment of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine has sure clinical therapeutic efficacy on postoperative patients with gastric cancer.It is worth studying further.
