Clinical Study On Treating Diabetic Nephropathy With Shenqi Tangmaikang

Objective: To discuss the elementary pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy (DN)and study the curative effect mechanism of Shenqi Tangmaikang(SQTMK) on defering and controlling the kidney function depravation.Methods:50 patients of DN were divided randomly into SQTMK grope(30cases) and control grope(20cases). conventional medical treatment was given to the both gropes and the SQTMK grope received additional SQTMK treatment.The changes of clinical symptoms and laboratory indexes in all the patients were observed before and after treatment.Results:After treatment with the SQTMK,the total effective rate of SQTMK grope was 83.3% which was significantly better than the control grope's 65% (P<0.05). In the aspects of improving the Chinese medicine symptoms, the treatment through the Ridit analytical, hint to cure a better than matched set total and efficient 86.7%, matched control total and efficient 60% (P<0.05).Meanwhile the UAE and the blood glucose, the blood fat descended obviously (P<0.05orP<0.01). The blood rheology index was improved (P<0.05orP<0.01). Conclusions:SQYMK could effectively lower blood glucose and blood pressure and UAE index,adjust blood fat ,improve microcirculation and enhance renal function for DN patients.The clinic experiment results show SQTMK is an available recipe on DN.
