This Blood Detoxification Method To Treat Diabetic Nephropathy Ⅳ(Spleen Kidney Yang Deficiency Clip Stasis Poison) Of Clinical Research

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of wenyang detoxification and blood stasis decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetic nephropathy(spleen-kidney Yang deficiency mixed with blood stasis and toxin syndrome)in phase Ⅳ by clinical research,in combination with western medicine to lower blood glucose,regulate lipid and reduce blood pressure.Methods: All patients of this experiment are derived from changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital kidney disease therapy area,in strict accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria after screening,selected 80 cases in line with the western medicine Ⅳ stage of diabetic nephropathy,TCM collateral kidney disease of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency and blood stasis poison)diagnosis of the patients,based on the principle of randomized,controlled,in guarantee under the premise of foundation treatment,40 patients were randomly divided into test group and control group 40 cases.Treatment group: wenyang jiedu huayu decoction oral,mainly including: astragalus,preparation of aconite,ghost feather;Control group: Golden Deficient Kidney Qi pill,hikunshenxi capsule.The treatment lasted for 2 months for 1 course,and the observation lasted for 1 course.At the end of the experiment,SPSS 22.0 medical software was used for statistical analysis to analyze the changes of TCM symptoms and relevant laboratory examination indexes of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,so as to clarify the efficacy and safety of the treatment of this disease with the method of warming Yang detoxification and removing blood stasis.Results:1.In this study,a total of 80 patients who met the inclusion criteria were collected,of which 5 were exfoliated,including 2 in the treatment group and 3 in the control group.Finally,75 patients successfully completed the experiment,including 38 in the treatment group and 37 in the control group.2.The curative effect of the two groups was analyzed.The effective rate of clinicalcomprehensive curative effect was 84.2% in the treatment group and 62.1% in the control group.The effective rate of TCM symptoms was 86.8% in the treatment group and 64.8% in the control group.After statistical analysis,p < 0.05 was statistically significant,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.3.Laboratory indexes of the two groups were analyzed one by one.After treatment,the values of serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),24 h urine protein quantification,fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and other indexes of the patients all decreased,while the values of glomerular filtration rate(GFR)increased,with statistically significant differences(p < 0.05).4.The patients did not have any adverse reactions or toxic and side effects during the experiment,indicating that the treatment of this disease with wenyang detoxification and stasis removal method is safe and reliable.Conclusion: On the premise of guarantee the foundation treatment,application of this blood detoxification method to treat diabetic nephropathy Ⅳ(spleen kidney Yang deficiency clip stasis poison)patients,the treatment group was better than control group on the improvement of the laboratory index,comprehensive clinical curative effect is distinct,and relieve symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,and no adverse reactions in the experiment and other side effects,high security.The method of warming Yang detoxification and removing blood stasis in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy stage Ⅳ(spleen-kidney Yang deficiency with blood stasis syndrome)has certain clinical efficacy,can improve the clinical symptoms and laboratory indicators,and may delay the course of diabetic nephropathy,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
