| Objective To study curative effect and reliability of FNS in treating patients with nonmalignant cardiac arrhythmia. Methods In random period, FNS was used to treat the patients who saw the doctors for repeating palpitation, who had cardiac arrhythmia(supraventricular premature beats, supraventricular runs, ventricular premature beats, ventricular couplets, sinus tachycardia) confirmed by 24h Holter monitoring electrocardiogram, and whose state of illness did not improve after being treated by one or several sorts of Antiarrhythmic drugs. The change of symptom, physical sign and 24h Holter monitoring electrocardiogram were observed. Results (1)Treatment by FNS obviously lowered the score of palpitation(p<0.05 ), and effective rate was 80.0%.(2)After treatment, sleep of the patients improved, difference between pre-treatment and post-treatment was statistically significant (p<0.05) .(3) After treatment, chest distress of the patients was alleviated, difference was statistically significant (p<0.05) .(4) After treatment, dizziness or/and headache of the patients was alleviated, difference was statistically significant (p<0.05) .(5) After treatment, hypodynamia of the patients was alleviated, difference was statistically significant (p<0.05) .(6) the number of SVPB during 24h significantly decreased after treatment, 3358.5±5044.1 beats and 1142.8±2722.3 beats before and after treatment respectively (p<0.05 ) ;and effective rate was 64.4%.(7)Supraventricular runs paroxysm of the patients... |
