[Objective]: To study the value of CT and digital mammography for diagnosing breast cancer.[Materials and Methods]: 66 cases breast tumor, including 36 cases breast canc -er and 30 cases breast benign tumor, were proved by pathology. First, all cases were examined using FFDM. Craniocaudal view and mediolateral oblique view were photo -ed for each patient. Mediolateral view or spot view was operated sometimes. Then, all cases take scanning by a helical CT. The patient takes dorsal decubitus on the chec -k bed, raise and curve their arms and embraces head. The scanning field was chosen the wholel breast, including ipsilateral axillary fossa as well. After CT plain scan, it takes contrast enhancement scanner on arterial phase, venous phase, lag phase, then survey CT value and draw the time-density curve in corresponding deck and identical district; according to lump and calcification, we analyze the imaging diagnosis in brea -st cancer.[Result]: The diagnose accordance rate of digital mammography and digital ma -mmography combined with CT scan was respectively 75% and 94.4%. CT scan was superior to mammography on observing the relation between lump and connecting tiss -ue, chest-wall invasion, axillary lymph node and the lump's haemodynamic variation; viewing the dysfunction organize of micromastia, compact breast tissue, breast deep part and breast axillary tail part. After CT enhancement scanning, the lump of breast cancer display evident strengthening. The ACT value of majority cases increase excee -d 30Hu. calcification sum unit area and calcification sum of the breast cancer all exce -ed 20. In detecting micrcalcification and malignant calcification, the CT scaner was worse than mammography in the specificity and sensitivity.[Conclusion]: Main signs of breast cancer: partly dense lump display evident strengthening after CT enhancement scanning. Majority lumps have barb sign, sublo -be sign, clustering fork-shape, rod-shape, silt-shape calcification focus. Secondary...
