[Objective] Aim to observe the expression level of BDNF and bFGF, the variation of SOD and MDA in plasma and neuro-injury in rats, and evaluate the effects of TMP in neuro-protection finally.[Method] 120 SD rats were randomly assigned into three groups: pseudo-operation group, model group and (TMP)treatment group. Every group contained 40 rats. SCI was established according to Feeney's method. The treatment group was administrated with TMP (20mg/KG.d) transperitoneally. Rats were killed at 7h , 24,72, 168h after SCI separately. BDNF, bFGF , Nissil Body and Neurofunction were detected in every group at all the time scales. MDA and SOD of plasma were also detected by radical immunoassay in every group at all the time scales except 7h.[Result] (1) After SCI, the expression of BDNF increased in model group compared with pseudo-operation group , reached the peak at 72h and sustained high level at 168h. The expression of BDNF increased significantly in TMP group compared with model group, reached the peak at 72h and sustained high level at 168h. (2) The expression of bFGF was more in model group than in pseudo-...
