There exists a subset of nonhematopoietic cells commonly referred to as bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs).Besides providing the microenvironment for hematopoiesis. They posses multipotential and serve as precursors for osteocyte, cartilage cell, muscular cell, fat cell, neurone, hepatocyte, and so on under suitable conditions. In recent years, It appear over important for studying, the MSCs which is approved to be potential transforming into neural stem cell, and differentiation into neurons and neuroglial cell. Using cells induced to substitutive therapy for neurologic disease, such as Parkinson's disease, Alzheimers'disease. Inducing BMSCs into nerve cell in vitro aim at applying that to clinical and therapeutics. Under this condition, the cardinal way is that drawing the materials from BMSCs, and then culture them and induce they into neural cell, planting differentiated cell into body and setting forth its biological role and clinical therapy. However, the separation and inducement about isolation and culture of BMSCs are not unity. Up to now, the mainly study about inducing are chemical agent or oxidizing agent such as ratinoic acid, dimethyl sulfoxide, β-Mercaptoethanol, glycerin etc. But the all antileptic can't used for human body in vivo because of certain toxicity, Relatively, taking the application of Chinese herbal medicine to induces antileptic seldom reported.
