Study On The Expession Of IL-13 And The Therapeutic Efficacy Of IL-13Rα2-Fc In Oxazolone-Induced Colitis In BALB/C Mice

Objective To investigate the expression of IL-13 and the therapeutic efficacy of IL-13R α 2-Fc in oxazolone-induced colitis in BALB/C mice.Methods 32 BALB/C mice were randomly assigned into 4 groups: 1 control group,2 oxazolone-induced colitis group,3 IL-13R α 2-Fc group and 4 SASP group.We established colitis model with solution of oxazolone-ethanol by presensitizing and coloclysising.Mice of each group were sacrificed after treated with corresponding drugs.The disease activity index(DAI),macroscopic score and histological score in each group were evaluated;The expression of IL-13 and TNF-α were determined by ELISA;The MPO activity in colonic tissue was analyzed;The expression NF- κ B were detected by immunohistochemical staining.Results I.The DAI of oxazolone-induced colitis group increased since oxazolone injection rectally.but the DAI of IL-13Rα 2-Fc group and SASP group did not changed too much.2.
