Take a deep-going analysis on the possibly existed unfair phenomenons, to propose a homologous strategy to offer the scientific basis for perfecting the scheme of the new-type rural CMS.Methods To the peasants who have taken part in the new-type rural CMS in WuYuan, the multi-phase stratified cluster random sampling has been adopted to select the sample people. Carry out a lengthwise contrast research. The base-line investigation and the follow-up one are all by asking residents in their homes. Various kinds of health service indexes have been used as indicated indexes. To the peasants who have taken part in the new-type rural CMS in Jiangxi Province, we make a complete survey to have a cross-sectional study. Various kinds of compensatory indexes of cooperative medical care have been used as indicated indexes. The sample has been divided into groups according to the average economic income. The concentration index (CI), slope index of inequity (SII) has been used as the evaluation indexes. In addition, the Use/Need ratio and the Kakwani index has been applied to evaluate the equity of the health services providing and utilization respectively.
