The Effects Of ZhouFei PingChuan Capsule On Levels Of IL-8 And TNF-α In Serum Of Rat With Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objectives: The aim of the study is using the Zhou Fei Ping Chuan capsule on the rats with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and examine the IL-8 and TNF-a of the rats'serum, in order to estimate the effect of Zhou Fei Ping Chuan capsule cures the chronic pulmonary inflammation .For the clinical use offer theory gist.Method: We dividied 50 COPD rats into six groups randomly.①the mormal group②the model group③the Gui Long Ke Chuan Ning group④the Zhou Fei Ping Chuan⑤the Zhou Fei Ping Chuan⑥the Zhou Fei Ping Chuan. The group①rats were feeded and drunk normally.The②③④⑤⑥group used cigarettes sootiness and pawpaw albumen enzyme automization inhalation for seven weeks to make the COPD modle rats .Treatment:when the modle rats were made successful and then begin to heal .The group①②gave every rat brine 2ml orally; the group③Gui Long Ke Chuan Ning 0.9g/kg·d; the group④Zhou Fei Ping Chuan capsule 1.2 g/kg·d;the group⑤Zhou Fei Ping Chuan capsule 2.4 g/kg·d;the group⑥Zhou Fei Ping Chuan capsule 4.8 g/kg·d.Each group were treated for four weeks. After eleven weeks,erery rat anaesthetized by the chloral hydrate.Under the asepsis condition ,take 5ml blood through the abdominal aorta to examine the IL-8 and TNF-αin serum.Results:The way which using cigarettes sootiness and pawpaw albumen enzyme automization inhalation can make a better modle of COPD .Contrast with the normal group ,the modle group rats'serum IL-8 and TNF-αhave obviously hoisted (P<0.01) .Contrast with the modle group's serum IL-8 and TNF-α,the Zhou Fei Ping Chuan capsule maximum dosage (P<0.01)and the Zhou Fei Ping Chuan capsule middle dosage (P<0.05) have obviously reduced .Conclusion: IL-8 and TNF-αhave close related to the COPD pulmonary inflammation, IL-8 and TNF-αcould accelerate the inflammation cell which can compound the inflammation factor. IL-8 and TNF-αplay an important role in the form of pulmonary inflammation. The Zhou Fei Ping Chuan capsule can reduce the level of the COPD rats'serum IL-8 and TNF-α, also can control the pulmonary inflammation .
