The animal model which is set up for the research of Chinese traditional medicine is used for reproducing the character of anthropometric physiology and disease. Being the beginning of the experiment research , most of the animal models reflect the whole appearance and the essence of syndrome difficultly , and with the character of fuzziness;simplicity; instability. So in the course of exisiting research of traditional Chinese medicine, most animal models are duplicated by medical doctor etiological factor and pathology in most animal experiment ,but the emphasis of the way is not so much syndrome as disease , thus it is difficult to reflect the therapeutic principle of determining the treatment based on differentiation of symptoms and signs and the character of traditional Chinese medicine curatio. Currently there is no unified experimental animal model of syndrome and disease , so how to bind the syndrome of Chinese traditional medicine and disease and built the unified experimental animal model of syndrome and disease to make it be reproducibility and practicability are the technological key of traditional Chinese medicine pharmacology.
