Objectives:For patients with coronary heart disease myocardial infarction echocardiography and myocardial nuclide imaging examination, two methods to explore the diagnosis of myocardial infarction and infarction range of evaluation, provide convenient and accurate noninvasive method, as a guide clinical diagnosis and treatment, provides the basis.Methods:For clinical diagnosis of OMI and AMI has been hospitalized patients every20cases,All undertakes the electrocardiogram, echocardiography and resting nuclide myocardial imaging examination, observe respectively echocardiography and resting nuclide of myocardial infarction myocardial imaging diagnosis in OMI group and AMI group, And for the diagnosis of myocardial infarction area summary analysis.Results:Diagnosis myocardial infarction, In the AMI group, ECT accord with18cases (90.0%)and the UCG accord with17cases (86.0%) had no significant difference; In the OMI group, ECT accord with19patients (95.0%) with significantly better than echocardiography13cases (65.0%)(P<0.05), Determination of MI range:In the diagnosis OMI group,ECT diagnosis the myocardial infarction abnormal section are higher than the UCG,Especially posterior wall myocardial infarction abnormal section are significantly higher than the UCG(P<0.05);In the diagnosis AMI group,ECT diagnosis inferior myocardial infarction、posterior wall myocardial infarction and lateral wall myocardial infarction abnormal section are higher than the UCG,still,inferior myocardial infarction and posterior wall myocardial infarction abnormal section is significantly higher than UCG(P>0.05),and anterior wall myocardial infarction(including apical myocardial infarction)and septal myocardial infarction abnormal section is both.Overall,ECT diagnosis infarction abnormal section is better than the UCG range.Conclusion:In the diagnosis and display infarction myocardial infarction abnormal section, In the AMI, ECT and UCG value is not great difference, In the OMI,ECT better than UCG. Display of myocardial infarction abnormal section,ECT is better than the UCG, especially,inferior myocardial infarction and posterior wall myocardial infarction.
