And to investigate statistical difference about the colitis ulcerative patients' blood clotting index, which included pretherapy and post-treatment, and to compare with the pretherapy and health adult, in the end, we can add up. Moreover, to analyze incorporated venous embolism patients.MaterialsThere were 82 colitis ulcerative patients, 84 normal controls in this study. Colitis ulcerative patients meted a criterion which were formulated in the natioi-wide meeting about non-infectious diseases 1993, these amount included pretherapy and post-treatment, among the total, the amount about male patients was 38, female was 44, the age median was 45(19-80), at the same time, randomly to draw normal health-examination people 84, the amount about male patients was 40, female was 44, the age median was 43(21-79), age and gender were no statistical difference. And, we also could draw a conclusion that the colitis ulcerative patients' blood clotting index (PT and D-dimer) had statistical difference (P<0.05).ConclusionsThe amount of colitis ulcerative patients' blood plate descended expressly after these patients had therapy, and the amount of colitis ulcerative patients' blood plate was high the normal peoples'. The time of colitis ulcerative patients' PT extended after these patients had therapy, and the data of D-dimer descended.
