| Objective: To explore the clinical effect of regulating qi and blood method for mild to moderate active ulcerative colitis of qi and blood disorders,and further summarize,using SPSS23.0 software for statistical analysis of experimental data.Methods: From December 2019 to December 2020,patients with mild to moderate active ulcerative colitis who were hospitalized in the Department of Diagnosis or Treatment of Digestive Endoscope,anorectal department or Gastroenterology Center of Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected according to the inclusion criteria group and the control group according to the inclusion criteria.A total of 60 patients were enrolled,including 30 in the experimental group and 30 in the control group.All patients were treated with conventional western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with modified Shaoyao decoction.Record each group before and after treatment of clinical curative effect index,the data into the software,statistical analysis.Results: Application of statistical software,60 cases of patients before and after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome curative effect,symptoms and laboratory examination curative effect,colonoscopy mucosal lesion classification,TCM syndrome score were analyzed,respectively comparison of each group before and after treatment effect and between the two groups after treatment effect,through statistical analysis can be concluded,using Shaoyao decoction treatment effect is more significant than the control group.Conclusion: Shaoyao decoction,the representative prescription of regulating qi and blood method,is more excellent than mesalazine alone in the treatment of mild to moderate active ulcerative colitis. |
