Objective and Method:Objective: To search for the near and forward future therapeutic value of the brancho fiberoscope in treating bronchial intimal tuberculosis. Purport :To provide a clinical treatment method of simpleness,availability ,can decrease side-effect of administer drugs at every pore, shorten the period of treatment , prevent and abate the happening of bronchial stenosis .Method: To the 198 patients who had been diagnosed with fiberopic bronchoscope as Endobronchial Thuberculosis,,blind assignment in two sets,the overview group 107 patients basically treat them with Isoniazidum(H), Pifampin(R), Pyrazinamidium(Z), Ethambutolam(E), meanwhile, we use Fiberopic bronchoscope weekly to cure the pathological area.The control group 91 patients oral administration HRZE. Observe the difference of the two sets in the turn negative time of bacteria in phlegm, improving condition of pulmonary atelectasis ,and happening condition of the tracheobronchial cicatricial stricture.ResultsInfiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis ,the overview group has no significant differences with the control group; ulcerative and amassing endobronchial tuberculosis. The overview group is better than the control group; the tracheobronchial cicatricial stricture,there is no significante difference.Through a followed visit of the patients in the two years period.ConclusionIt suggested that brancho fiberoscope combined with antituberculosis medicines in treating bronchial thuberculosis may obviously shorten the course of treatment ,with decreasing the complication and the relapse rate.
