The Clinical Significance Of Combined Of CYFRA21-1, NSE, CEA And SF In Evaluating Diagnosis And Treatment Of Lung Cancer

Objective To study the clinical significance and appreciation of therapeutic effect of combined measurement of cytokeratin 19 fragment 21-1(CYFRA21-1), neuron-specific enolase(NSE), carcinoembryonia antigen (CEA)and serum feritin (SF) in the auxiliary diagnosis, transfer and and recidivism of monitoring of lung cancer. Comprehending the features of the electricity chemiluminescent immunoassay in combined measurement of CYFRA21-1, NSE, CEA and SF.Method The serum CYFRA21-1, NSE,CEA and SF were measured in 86 cases of lung cancer and 30 cases of normal controls by the electricity chemiluminescent immunoassay, including to pursuit the detection of six months to one year of pretherapy and post-treatment. All 86 cases of lung cancer were lung cancers in hospital of Gan Su Province Cancer Hospital during december of 2000 and 2004, demonstrating result by mean and square deviation.Result The Serum level of CYFRA21-1,NSE,CEA and SF of 30 cases of normal controls were normal .The Serum level of CYFRA21-1, NSE, CEA and SF in patients with cancer were significantly higher than the normal controls group (P<0.05). The sensitivity and specificity of combined measurement of the Serum level of CYFRA21-1, NSE, CEA and SF were 90.70% and 83.33%, which were Significantly higher than signal measurement (P<0.05). After treatment, partial remission patient, the no chang patients and palindromia patients were 34, 27and 25 cases in lung cancer group. The serum level CYFRA21-1 and CEA were marked step down in the partial remission patients (P<0.05) ,the serum level NSE were marked step up in the palindromia patients (P<0.05), which were no change in the partial remission patients and the no change patients.the serum level SF were marked step down in the partial remission patients(P<0.05), which were step up in the palindromia patients and were no change in the no change patients.Conclusion There are significant clinicalapplication value in the auxiliary diagnosis,monitoring displace and palindromia and appreciation of therapeutic effect of lung cancer by combined measurement CYFRA21-1, NSE, CEA and SF in the auxiliary diagnosis, because the combined measurement elevate could elevate sensitivity and specificity . So there CYFRA21-1, NSE, CEA and SF were useful tumor marker of lung cancers.The electricity chemiluminescent immunoassay in combined measurement of CYFRA21-1, NSE, CEA and SF had very large applied value. it was deserved generved generalization in clinic use.
