Expression Effect Study Of Longchangchongji Prescription On Prostate's Bcl-2 And Bax In Benign Prostate Hyperplasia Rats

ObjectiveIt is to observe the expression of prostate's bcl-2 and bax in experimental prostate hyperplasia rats and the effect of longchang prescription on those.Methods Model rats of prostate hyperplasia werecreated with castrated andtestosterone propionate injected. The expression of prostate's bcl-2 and bax in every group was detected with the method of immunohisto chemistry.Resulsts The expression of Bcl-2 were higher in model group than that of the group treated by high-dose of yiqiyonglinchongji and proscar(P<0.05,P<0.01)respec-tively. The expression of Bax were higher in the group treated by proscar than that of the model group(P<0.01).The difference of Bcl-2,Bax in the groups treated by high-dose of yiqiyonglinchongji and treared by proscar were notsignificant.Conclusion Model rats'bcl-2 and bax are disorders.Longchangchongji prescription can restrain prostate hyperplasiathrough regulating the apoptosi gene's disorder. Promoting apoptosis was probably the mechanism of Longchangchongji treating BPH, Bcl-2 and Bax genes play an important role in the regulation of prostatic apopitosis.BPH, Bcl-2 and Bax genes play an important role in the regulation of prostatic apopitosis.
