Influence Of The Thoracic Epidural Block Combined With Chinese Herbal Medicine On ET-1 And TNF-α In The Asthmatic Rats

Bronchial asthma is a sort of chronic inflammatory disease. It's incidence of disease and mortality always heighten year by year. Recently , with the deeper research of genetics and immunology, it is deemed that asthma is a sort of chronic inflammatory disease which relates to many kinds of cells especially the labrocyte,the eosinophilic granulocyte,the T lymphocyte,the neutrophilic granulocyte,the gas passage epithelia and variousty cellular component .Object: To observe the effect of herbal,herbal combining ThoracicEpidural Block and ThoracicEpiduralBlock on the asthma white rat modal with endothelin-1 (ET-1) , tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in BALF and blood plasma. Clarify the mechanism of the preventional and cure effect which the Thoracic Epidural Block have on the asthma white rat modal.Method: In our experiment, 40 white rats were divided into 4 groups.To based asthma white rat modal and Thoracic Epidural Block modal. To feed the white rat intragastrically with decoction and use the EpiduralBlock administration. To examine the variety of the level of the ET-1 and TNF-αin the BALF and blood plasma of the asthma white rat.Result: The research shows that the level of the ET-1 and TNF-αin the BALF and blood plasma of the asthma white rat rises obviously. The methods including intragastric,Thoracic Epidural Block administration and the combination of the two all can resist the rise of the content of the ET-1 and TNF-αin the BALF and blood plasma. There is no obvious difference of the content of the ET-1 and TNF-αbetween the decoction group and the simple EpiduralBlock group. The level of the ET-1 and TNF-αin the group that is deel with by both the two method is lower than the single ones.Conclusion: ThoracicEpiduralBlock combining with decoction can resist the The rise of the ET-1 and TNF-α.
