| Background: The rise level of Fibrinogen is one of the independency factors of ischemic coronary and cerebrovascular disease. Most researchs showed that the level of fibrinogen is depended on the genotype, especiallyβ-148C/T. The TCM Syndrom Type is assosiated with gene polymorphism. Because there is not any research about the substance of TCM syndrom, fibrinogen would be the entrance to study the relationship between TCM syndrom type with ischemic cerebrovascular disease and beta-148C/T gene polymorphism. AIM: To study the relationship between TCM syndrom type with ischemic cerebrovascular disease and beta-148C/T gene polymorphisms and fibrinogen amoung Han people in Guangdong Province, to investigate the relationship between allele frequencies and gravity who suffer from ischemic stroke, to find out the substance of TCM syndrom, in order to find out a better program to prevent from stroke and a better treatment, also a better forecast. Method: The genotype was determined by polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphis (PCR-RELP) in 55 health control and in 55 patients with ischemic stroke. To assess the level of fibrinogen, TCH, TG, PLT, the TCM syndrom who suffer from ischemic stroke. The allele frequencies and gravity were determined by GCS and NIHSS table. Result: 1. The distribution ofβ-148C/T gene polymorphism was in accordance with the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium (X2=0.071, P>0.5). For the distribution ofβ-148C/T gene polymorphism, TT type is the superior one in the Han people of Guangdong province(46.3%). There are ethnic differences in gene polymorphism comparing with control group and patient group(P<0.05). C allele is the superior one in the control group when the superior one in patient group. is T allele(P<0.05). Compare with other provinces in our country and other countries, it indicated that ethnic background appeared to influence beta-148C/T gene polymorphism, too. 2. The beta-148C/T gene polymorphism should be correlated to Fg level. The Fg level of TT type is higher, for the patient group, the difference was augmented. 3. There are ethin differences in genotypes and allele frequencies between the patient group and the control group(P<0.05). There is no differences in condition and progmosis who suffering from stroke(P>0.5). 4. There are ethin differences in allele frequencies between FengTanZuLuo TCM genotype and othe TCM genotype(P<0.001). The allele T is the superior on in the FengTanZuLuo and GanYangBaoKang TCM genotype(P<0.001). Conclusion: 1. There are ethin differences in allele frequencies between FengTanZuhuo TCM genotype and othe TCM genotype(P<0.001). The allele T is the superior on in the FengTanZuLuo and GanYangBaoKang TCM genotype (P<0.001). 2. For the distribution of the 148C/T gene polymorphism, TT type is the superior one in the Han people of Guangdong province(46.3%), and CT type is the lowest(25%); There are differences between different areas and ethnic: the allele T is superior than people in Japan and Northern Europe. 3. The level of Fg is depended on beta-148C/T gene polymorphism, the Fg level of TT type is more higher for the people who suffer from stroke. 4. TT type who suffer from stroke maybe more seriously, but worse recover. Perhaps it belongs to the higher lever of Fg for TT type who suffer from stroke. |
