The pathogenisis of the Pulmonary Heart Disease is considered to be rootdeficiency and branch excess at the most of the time, and excess is caused bystagnation of phlegm and blood. With the progress of disease, the stagnationof blood will be the major contradictions and the core tache, so we attachimportance to the blood stasis syndrome in COPD and pulmonary heart disease. Atthe present time, the diagnosis of blood stasis syndrome in Pulmonary HeartDisease is devoid of acknowledged, consolidate and normative criterion, whichmakes it hard to objectively evaluate the curative effect of chinese medicineand prevents the theory of traditional chinese medicine syndromes and theprocess of curatorial modernization. In the clinic work, we can make the formof measuring indicator as scale on therapeutic evaluation, depending on theimportance of the recovery of local symotoms. First, epidemiologic methods orDME with major samples can be adopted, and then choose a design such ascase-control study, comparative study or cross-sectional study. By the helpof the modern science and technology, including research methods, advancedmethods, advanced apparatus and advanced technology according to fuzzymathematics, multivariate statistical analysis and so on, we can make theexperiment and study more scientificly and rationably. To work out a quantization standard for blood stasis syndrome of COPD andpulmonary. Firstly, the candidate correlation facor is set up by bibliographic-search and the counseling of expert opinion on the base of traditional chinesemedicine, and its correlative factors is established by the method ofstatistical comparison. Use the compulation formula of the conditionalprobability, and the correlative factors is evaluated: Use the means of discrimination method of large log-like lihood to identify field order ofquantitative dignosis, and build the criterion of quantitative dignosis, which is tested and valuated atlast. The finding shows that chest distress, black gingiva, black or cyanosislip, filling of distension of jugular vein, black or cyanosis tongue proper, tongue petechia, pulse tardus, elevation of blood viscosities are made to bethe correlative factors of blood stasis by bibliographic search, the counselingof expert opinion and statistical comparison, then the correlative factorsabove-mentioned is evaluated by the method of compulation formula of theconditional probability. During this process, we prove that black or cyanosislip, black or cyanosis tongue proper, tongue petechia play an important inthe criterion of quantitative dignosis. Also we obtain a result that "18"is the field order of blood stasis syndrome in COPD and pulmonary heartdisease. Finally, It has higher sensitivity, specificity, accuracy and positivelike lihood ratio, According to the retrospective and prospective test ofmeasuring indicator, which accounts that there is high consistency betweenthis criterion of quantized dignosisand reference standards by ifferentiationof symptoms and signs.
