The Analysis Of Correlative Factors To Chronic Sinusitis

Objective Chronic sinusitis are commonly encountered disease in rhinology. This project anatyze corretative factors by means of researching to some patients in order to guide clinical works.Methods One hundred and fifty-four patients in Shandong Provincial Hospital from May to Dec 2005 and one hundred and thirty-two patients with chronic sinusitis in Department of Otorhinolaryngology & Head and Neck Surgery of Affiliated Hospital of Medical College of Qingdao University from Jan to Jun 2006 were delected. Diagnoses correspond with the standard of Haikou 1997. To combine preoperative computed tomography of nasal sinuses with operation of endoscopy analyze correlative factor of chronic sinusitis.Results Chronic sinusitis with immune factor are 158 cases(55.2%). All of 105 cases of typeâ… sinusitis with immune factor are 26 cases(24.8%). 181 patients who are Typeâ…¡andâ…¢with immune factor are 132(72.9%) and variation of dissection are 48.7%. Chronic sinusitis originated from upper respiratory tract infection are 189 cases (66.1%)Conclusion Variation of dissection furnish starting factor for chronic sinusitis and immune factor hasten development of disease.
