Objective To study the safety and value of hysteroscopic myomectomy.Methods Prospective analysis was done according to 75 cases withhysteroscopic myomectomy from 2006.3.11 to 2007.1.11. Results Of the 75cases, 74cases without the complication,there was water intoxication andhyponatremia in 1 case(1.33%). The patient's serum sodium was 138±6mmol/lafter operation, and 141±7mmol/l before operation, respectively. The difference ofsodium wasn't statistical significant(P>0.05), but the patient's haemoglobinwas 125±15g/l after operation one month, and 92±17g/l before operation,respectively. The difference of haemoglobin was statistical significant(P<0.01).Hysteroscopic myomectomy were done only once in 74 cases, twice in 1 case.Conclusion Hysteroscopy myomectomy is a safe conservative operationworth to apply.
