| Object To observe the clinical effect of biventricular pacing in patients with congestive heart failure. Methods There were 10 patients,6 males and 4 females, mean age of 61.8±10 years old, with repeatedly congestive heart failure that treated with the medicines. All of them received three chamber biventricular pacing(9 InSyncⅢ8042, 1 FRONTIERⅡ5596).Observe the heart function and ECG between the pacing and the paced. Results All the operations were success. The way of three chambers biventricular pacing was VAT. All the clinical target was very perfect, consist of the heart function , 6 min walk , LVEF , LVEDD (p<0.05).The biventricular pacing could improve heart function of patients with congestive heart failure and raise the life aguality. |
