| Objective: In order to provide the desirable bacterium for microecological agents that use for wound surface, and to establish the foundation of microecological agents that use for wound surface finally, we observe the growth station of PA under the effection of LATS, then judge if the LATS has the bacteriostasis effection to PA.Methods: 1. Individual growth experimentTo find out a suitable medium and incubator for the bacteria by observing the growth station of colony.2. Interaction experiment2.1 Plate boring well and plate paper disk experimentTo observe the PA growth station, and find that if there are inhibition zones around the four kinds of liquor: MRS cultures fluid, LATS bacterium liquor, LATS centrifugalization supematant liquor and LATS heat inaotivation treatmen liquor.2.2 Simulation infection experimentTo observe if there are any differences in the growth of PA on the surfaces of 4 kinds liquor. Taking the growth of SATS as comparison.3. PA infection experimentTo observe if there are any differences in the growth of PA on the surfaces of 4 kinds of pigskin and ifPA can invade into the deep layer.Results: 1. Individual growth experimentThe PA and the SATS could not live in the MRS medium and anaerobic incubator. The LATS could live in three incubators, but it must be inoculated in MRS medium or MRS culture fluid.2 Interaction experiment2.1 Plate boring well and plate paper disk experimentThe growth of PA has not been effected. On the condition of plate boring well method, the growth of SATS has not been effected. There was inhibition zone around LATS centrifugalization supematant and the growth of SATS was inhibited when we use the plate paper disk methor.2.2 Simulation infection experimentThe growth of PA has not been effected, while in the same condition, the growth of SATS has been effected obviously in the LATS bacterium liquor,LATS centrifugalization supematant liquor and LATS heat inactivation treatment liquor,3 PA infection experimentThe PA could live and propagate on the pigskin surface and invade into the deep layer. It illustrate that the PA could invade from pigskin surface into the deep layer by microscopic examination.Conclusions: the LATS can produce bacteriostatic substance, and it has bacteriostasis effection, but it can not inhibit and kill the PA. |
