| Objective: To discuss the therapeutic action of yin huang li dan troche oncholecystitis.Method: Respectively utilizing rabbits and cavies established model of cholecystitiswhich was infected by bacteria and calculus cholecystitis which was seduced by biteand sup. Then, observed the therapeutic influence of yin huang li dan troche on the twokinds of model of cholecystitis through biochemical test and morphological test.Observed the therapeutic action of yin huang li dan troche on inflammation, ache andfever through inflammation model, ache model and fever model.Result: To treat the two kinds of model of cholecystitis, the dose yin huang li dantroche from 2.5 to 27g/kg received obviously therapeutic action. At the same time, yinhuang li dan troche restrained chemic ache reaction obviously which was worked byacetum, and postponed threshold value of ache reaction evidently which was workedby hot plate. Yin huang li dan troche restrained ear tumefaction degree obviouslywhich was worked by xylene, and restrained foot tumefaction degree evidently whichwas worked by carrageen. It proved that yin huang li dan troche had the action whichtreated fever, ache and inflammation. Conclusion: Yin huang li dan troche has good action on preventing and treatingcholecystitis. |
