Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Patients With Acute Cholecystitis Of Liver And Gallbladder Dampness By External Application Of Xianghuang Powdered Ointment Combined With Western Medicine

Purpose:Observe the clinical effect of the tutors externally apply after proven prescription Xiang huang San for plaster therapy Combined with Western Medicine on acute cholecystitis and discusses its function mechanism and its using value. Material and method:The 60 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups,one is treatment group,the other one is contrast group.stochastically, the treatment group were gave with Xiang huang San for plaster therapy combining with the western medicine, the control group were just gave western medicine which is same to the treatment group. During the treatment period,we Observe patients,abdominal pain,body temperature,heart rate,the gallbladder ultrasound etc.If the symptoms are not alleviated and even worse, PTGD should be carried out.We record the total white blood cell count and improvement of ultrasound in gallbladder and the number of the patients transiting to PTGD during the period of the treatment.Result:the treatment’s the situation of the total white blood cell count、the improvement of ultrasound in gallbladder and the number of the patients transiting to PTGD were better than the contrast group.After statistics processing, between the treatment group and the contrast group has the significance difference(P<0.05) Conclusion:1 Xiang huang San for plaster therapy can improve the recovery of the disease of the patients,the efficacy is positive.2 Xiang huang San for plaster therapy can effectively improve the success rate of conservative.
