Effects of water extraction of Huangqi on Swimming movement and its preliminary mechanism in mouseOBJECTIVE Huangqi, it is traditional Chinese medicine, it had accelerate function of the blood circulation. To literature report could advance in vitra skeletal muscles of hoptoad contractility. But about how are effects of water extraction of Huangqi in vivo skeletal muscles contractility in mouse still unsoon report. The experiment accidence discussed the effects of water extraction of Huangqi on the swimming time in mouse.Moreover, we research its preliminary mechanism. METHODS The swimming time and weight are observed after affuse stomach with water extraction of Huangqi (low dose 2900mg/kg/day,middle dose 11600mg/kg/day,large dose 23200mg/kg/day,drug concentration low dose 87.0mg/ml,middle dose 348.0mg/ml,large dose 696.0mg/ml) 3 weeks. Every mouse was was removaled eyeball to obtain blood .Then, drive off blood serum by routine method (3000r·min-1 ,5min) in 4℃. The assaying of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA) were carried out by text box of Nanking Jiancheng Biotechnology Institute strictly. RESULTS The water extraction of Huangqi can increase swimming times and enhance SOD enzymatic active ,also step down weight in mouse. CONCLUSION The water extraction of Huangqi can tone up skeletal muscles contractility of mouse by abscise free radical.
