Hylocereus undatus, a typical flower of province Guangdong, was loved bypeople of province Guangdong. The investigation of Hylocereus undatus mostlycentral on three ways:(1)nustrition constent (2)physical condition;(3) metabolizingmatter;but the research of active constents is poorer than some other ways mentionedabove.The paper proved the constent of total saponin is higher than total polyponel andtotal flavone by meathering their constents.As a result,elemently research is necessaryabout its drilling technology and effect on the hulman being.Orthogonal design was used to choose extraction process so as to ensure thereasonable and reliable extracting condition of total saponin in Ultrasonic Extraction.The result showed that the optimum condition for extraction by untrasonic methodwas as follows. Granulary was 80 item,adptive solvent was H2O, extraction time was40 minutes,ratio of solid to liquid was 1:20 and drying temperature was 80℃.Drilling and purifaction technology of Hylocereus undatus showed: the effectfactors on drilling ratio is circumfluence times,extracting time,temperrature,ethanolconcentration and the ratio of solid to liquid.The drilling ratio of total saponin ishighest in 70% ethanol,50℃(drilling temperature),1:12(the ratio of liquid to solid),1.5h(extracting time),3 times(circumfluence times).The most adaptive purifactioncondition is as follows:70% ethanol,alkalescense condition,0.297mg/ml,flowingratio 8mg/ml.The research of anti-oxygenation ability of HNCS,HNPS and substance by waterdrilling showed: anti-oxygenation ability of HNCS is higher than HNPS andsubstance by water drilling.The efficacy investigation of HNCS proved: HNCS may reduce MDA content ofrat liver and promoted multiplication of nonspecific immunity apparatus,at the sametime, renewed damage which was caused by ultraviolet radiation to Escherichia andstaphytococlus aureus.
