| Objectives: To study the effect and principle of Wendan decoction on blood-lipid of hyperlipidemia rats.Methods: Forty wister rats that weight about 180-220g are divided into five groups randomicity. control group, model control group, Wendan decoction group, Xuezhikang capsule group and Simvastatin group, each group has eight rats. In this study, animal model of hyperlipidemia in rats has been established by douched high fat emulsion; when the model has been succeed, every morning, Wendan decoction group, Xuezhikang capsule group and Simvastatin group were douched high fat emulsion 2.75g/kg, as well as control group were douched the same dose pure water; then the afternoon, Wendan decotion group were douched wendan decotion 6g/kg, Xuezhikang capsule group were given by lavage to Xuezhikang capsule by 0.108g/kg, Simvastatin group were given by lavage to Simvastatin tablet by 0.9mg/kg, others were given the same dose pure water for thirty days, Last dosage, they were abrosiaed for 12h, then gain blood by select the rats' eyeball . Determin the concent of blood TC, TG , LDL-C, HDL-C, MOD and activity of SOD, LA, LPL and HL.Cunclusions: Wendan decoction has the effect on regulating blood-lipid metabolic disorder, the mechanism may be enhance the activity of LA and LPL as well as preventing lipid peroxidation and cells damaged, it shows Wendan decoction has an applied value on preventing and treating the happening and developing of AS and CHD diseases.Result: Wendan decoction has obviously reduced the concents of blood TC, TG and MDA in rats, it has obviously raisen the activity of SOD, at the same time, it has obviously raisen the activity of LA and LPL, but has no effect on HL. |
