Basic Harmaceutical On Periploca Sepium And Rosemary And Crysanthemum Cinerariioflium Trev Which The Pyrethrin Was Extracted.

Objective: The chemical structures of the ethanol extract of Periploca sepium (Chinese crude drug "Bei-Wujiapi") and The chemical structures of the ethanol extract of Rosemary were studied. the Crysanthemum Cinerariioflium Trev which the pyrethrin was extracted. We want to reuse the wastes of Crysanthemum Cinerariioflium Trev.Contents: Studies on the extraction methods and chemical constituents of Periploca sepium , Rosemary and Crysanthemum Cinerariioflium Trev.Methods: 1. These three plants were percolated with solvents and the components of active fraction were isolated and purified. The structures were identified on the basis of spectral data. 2. Periploca sepium was percolated with solvents and we got the periplogenin by acid hydrolysis. Extraction effects were determined by these tests.Results: from Periploca sepium led to the isolation of 13 compounds, of which 10 compounds were identified, and one of them were first isolated from this material. Three compounds were isolated from Rosemary and also three compounds were isolated from Crysanthemum Cinerariioflium Trev.Conclusions: 1. From Periploca sepium we know the major composition are cardiac glycosides and C₂₁ steroids and terpenes. We also got a especial and metabolic C/D cyclic cardiac glycoside. 2. The leavings of Crysanthemum Cinerariioflium Trev compriseβ-Sitosterol and taraxasterol. These two components are pharmacological activities. 3.
