The Clinically Therapeutic Effectiveness Of Treatment By The Method Of Gu Qi Shen Ti On Patients With PE

[AIM:] To screen proven effective drug treatment to PE with shen qi bugu type through systematic collection and observation to clinical cases,according to the standard of patients' therapeutic effectiveness andcurative principle with bu qi shen ti method, discover the scientific andeffective method of treating PE of shen qi bu gu type with traditionalChinese medicine, and testify the clinical feasibility and effectivenessof bu qi sheng ti method.[METHODS] 40 cases consistent with internalization standard was dividedinto two groups: treatment group with 20 cases treated with shen qi dihuang tang plus shen ma and cai hu, and control group with 20 casestreated with jing shuo gu jing wan. Then, two groups were compared witheach other before and after treatment in the following aspects: clinicalsymptoms, incubation period of ejaculation, and satisfaction toindividual spouse. According to the above, the clinically therapeuticeffectiveness of PE with shen qi bu gu type treated with bu qi shen timethod by assessing these two different drugs.[RESULTS] therapeutic effectiveness including cure rate, total effectivepower, average incubation period and average satisfaction to spouses, oftreatment group is prior to that of control group (P＜0.05) as following:in treatment group, the data showed that cure rate of 25.0%(5/20), andtotal effective power of 90.0%(18/20); however, in control group, curerate of 5.0%(1/20), total effective power of 60.0%(12/20).[CONCLUSION] Effectiveness of bu qi sheng ti method to PE with shen qibu gu type is well-proven. After treatment, clinical symptoms and sexualfunctions of patients has been improved greatly. The theoretical andpractical basis of the treatment of bu qi shen ti method to PE with shen qi bu gu type has also been testified through the clinically therapeuticeffectiveness of shen qi di huang tang plus shen ma and cai hu.
