Objective: To determine the influential factors on the prognosis in epithelialovarian tumors, the risk coefficient of earch factor is calculated and transformed toscore, then the survival probability is calculated with the score in order to provideguidance for clinical therapy..Methods:With retrospective analytical method, selectthe complete clinical data of 100 patients with ovarian carcinoma in from 1993.1 to2000.12. Kaplan-Meier survival analysis and Cox multiple factor survival analysis areconducted with SPSS10.0. Results: Patients with" early clinical-pathology staging, hign patho-grading, endometrioid adenocarcinom in patho-type,no lymphnode metasis, the remaining focus=2cm after the operations and receive norm chemotherapy afterthe operations have better prognosis. FIGO stage was the most important relatedfactors of prognosis, followed by chemotherapy, pathotype, residualdisease, histological grade and metastasis of lymph node,.Condusion:Clinical-pathology staging, patho-grading, the status of lymphnode metabasis, the sizeof the remaining focus after the operations, the quality of chemotherapy after theoperations and patho-type are independent forecasting agents for the prognosis ofepithelial ovarian cancer. It is possible to estimate the prognosis of patients withovarian cancer by analyzing these factors to get the score.
