| Purpose: Observing the practical effects of "Shuganjiangnitang" on Bile RefluxGastritis and improving situation of endogastritis.Method:Choose 60 patients in the Secondary Hospital of Fuzhou City diagnosed withBile Reflux Gastritis(ganweibuhexing).All the cases arc divided into 2 groups atrondom—treatment group and comparison group,30 for which respectively.The former groupis given "Shuganjiangnitang"and the later one is given "Domperidone and Daxijujuepian".Take 14days as a period, reexamine gastroscope and pathology after 2 periods.Result: 1. Comparison of general effects between the treatment group and comparisongroup.1.12 are completely cured and 12 are partly cured,4 are successfully affected and 2 iswasted in the former group , of which the general effective rate is 93.33%. In comarisongroup,the corresponding data is 6,6,13,5 and 3.3.%. There is obvious difference between theeffeciecy of the two kinds of methods(P＜0.05)—the former one is better than the latterone's.2.the symptoms in treatment group, such as stomache,hiccup,acid reflux,appetitereceding,gloomy and sighing are apparently improved compared withpre-treatment(P＜0.01).3. Bile reflux degree effect of these two groups are different,and thereis distinctive difference. 4.Endogastritis effect of these two groups are similar, and there is nodistinctive difference.Conclusion: (1)Method of shuganheweijiangni have positive effect on Bile RefluxGastritis (ganweibuhexing) and can apparently improve the symptom and corporeity.(2)"Shuganjiangnitang" is configured scientificly and is able to evidengly improve the clinicsymptoms,such as stomache,hiccup,acid reflux,gloomy.what's more, it can be saftely takenat low cost without any side effects,which is worthy of being wide applied. |
