Objective:Through the observation of the clinical efficacy indexes of patients with hepato-gastric discordyte bile reflux gastritis treated with traditional Chinese medicine standard treatment and combined treatment with Western medicine, the clinical advantages and traditional Chinese medicine mechanism of treating this disease with Chai Zhi He Wei Decoction were clarified, providing the clinical research basis for the prevention and treatment of bile reflux gastritis with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Sixty-two patients with bile reflux gastritis who met the criteria in the Department of Spleen,Gastrointestinal,Hepatobiliary,Baoding First Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2021 to December2022 were selected and divided into 31 cases each in the chinese medicine treatment group and the western medicine control group. The observation group received Chai Zhi He Wei Decoction orally, and the control group received Mosapride Citrate Tablets and Chewable Magnesium Aluminum Carbonate Tablets orally. For both groups, treatment lasted 4 weeks.SPSS25.0 was used for the statistical analysis of the chinese medicine literature data, the degree of bile reflux under gastroscopy and the degree of gastric mucosal inflammation before and after treatment in both groups.Results:1.Comparing the age, gender, disease duration, degree of bile reflux before treatment, degree of gastric mucosal inflammation before treatment,no remarkable discrepancy were found between the two groups in the scores for each symptom and in the total score before treatment.(P > 0.05).2.Individual symptom scores: Within group: compared with the pre-treatment,the single symptom points were significantly enhancement in both groups after treatment(P < 0.01),indicating that both treatments were valid in relieving the patients’ single symptoms.Between groups: after treatment, there were statistically differences between the observer group and the other group in the test results of gastric fullness or distension, chest fullness or pain,emotion-induced aggravation, bitterness, dry mouth, and acid reflux(P < 0.05),among which the difference in acid reflux was very significant(P < 0.01),while there was no statistically differences in the test results of belching and heartburn(P > 0.05).This indicates that Chai Zhi He Wei Decoction is more effective in reducing gastric fullness or distension, chest fullness or pain, emotionally induced weighted, bitter mouth, dry mouth, and acid reflux compared with the control group, and there is no meaningful difference compared with the control group in belching and heartburn.3.Total syndrome score: Within group: global symptom points decreased significantly in both groups, compared with that pre-treatment(P< 0.01),evidence that the treatment modalities in both groups have improvements in symptoms.Between groups: the total points of the chinese herbal group was below the western medicine group(P < 0.01),indicating that Chai Zhi He Wei Decoction was more efficient than the other group in improving the treatment effects of TCM symptoms.4.Efficacy comparison: Efficacy on symptom: total effective rate of the observation group was 93.5%,which was superior to the other group 74.2%,a highly meanings difference(P < 0.01);Efficacy on the extent of gastric mucosal inflammation: the 90.3% efficacy rate in the research group was superior to 67.7% in the other group,a highly remarkable difference(P <0.05);Efficacy on the extent of gastric mucosal inflammation: the efficacy rate of 87.1% in the study group was better than 77.4% in the other group,a statistically meanings difference(P < 0.05).5.Recurrence rate comparison: 12.9% and 38.7% in the observation and control groups, separately, which were statistically different(P < 0.05).6.Comparison of clinical reliability: There were no significant differences in the clinical reliability indexes(RBC,WBC,Hb,AST,ALT,Cr,BUN)between the two groups during the study period(P > 0.05),and no adverse drug reactions occurred during the treatment, indicating that the clinical application of Chai Zhi He Wei Decoction was safe.Conclusions:1.The clinical treatment effect of Chai Zhi He Wei Decoction is better than that of Mosapride Citrate combined with Magnesium Aluminium Carbonate Chewable Tablets.2.Chai Zhi He Wei Decoction is superior to Mosapride Citrate Tablets combined with Magnesium Aluminium Carbonate Chewable Tablets in reducing bile reflux and promoting mucosal inflammation repair.3.Compared with Mosapride Citrate Tablets combined with Magnesium Aluminium Carbonate Chewable Tablets,Chai Zhi He Wei Decoction has a lower recurrence rate,long-term treatment effect and clinical high reliability,it deserves further study and appliance.
