The Research Of The Correlation Between Huamn Papillomavirus And Cervical Lesions

Objectives:Human papillomavirus(HPV),especially,high-risk HPV infections increase the risk of developing cervical lesions.Cervical cancer is the sceond carcinoma in the world.The mordility of cervical cancer of Shanxi territory is higher than others.The purposes of our research were to investigate the correlation between the positive rate of HPV genetypes and the severity of cervical lesions in Shanxi territory.Methods:We collected clinical data and cervical exfoliated cells before treatment in First Affiliated Hospital with Shanxi Medical University and Shanxi Province Cancer Hospital. Hybrid Captureâ…¡was employed to detect the positive rate of high-risk HPV,flow-through Hybridization was employed to dectet the genetypes of HPV in cervical lesions.Results:The positive rate of HPV test in cervicitis,CINâ… ,CINâ…¡,CINâ…¢and cervical cancer were 43.75%,63.33%,92.00%,93.13%,95.92%,respectively.The median HPVDNA loads of cervicitis,CINâ… ,CINâ…¡/â…¢and cervical cancer were 0.71,5.10,113.82,126.23,respectively.The most common genetypes in cervical lesions were HPV 16,18,52,58,33,31.The positive rate of HPV16 was higher than other types.The most common genetypes in cervical squamous epithelium carcinoma were HPV16,58,52,66,33,11,68,31,18.The positive rate of HPV18 was lower than others in cervical squamous epithelium carcinoma.HPV52,58 were the second genetypes in cervical squamous epithelium carcinoma.The positive rate of HPV66,68 were higher in cervical squamous epithelium carcinoma.The positive rate of multiplicitas genetypes infection in normal,cervicitis,CINâ… ,CINâ…¡, CINâ…¢and cervical cancer were 19.0%,35.8%,45.9%,54.9%,60.8%,70.2%,respectively.Conclusions:1.High-risk HPV infection is an important factor in developing cervical cancer and its precursors.The viral load of HPVDNA cannot signify the development of cervical diseases.2.The most common genetypes in cervical lesions were HPV16,18,52,58,33,31.The positive rate of HPVI6 was higher than other types.The most common genetypes in cervical squamous epithelium carcinoma were HPV16,58,52,66,33,11,68,31,18. 3.The genetypes of HPV is different in rigions.4.The positive rate of HPV66,68 were higher in cervical squamousepithelium carcinoma than others,which is a character of Shanxi Province.5.There were more multiplicitas genetypes with the development of cervical diseases.
