To Explor The Clinical Significance Of Serum Angiotensin Ⅱ On Pheochromocytomas And The Feasibility Of Complementary Hormone With TCI Of Catecholamine

Objective①To explor the levels of serum angiotensinⅡand their clinical significance on pheochromocytomas.②To explor the levels of serum catecholamine on pheochromocytomas and the feasibility of complementary hormone with TCI of catecholamine after pheochromocytomas was cut off.Methods Fifty-eight patients were randomly divided into four groups:GroupⅠwith normal blood pressure;GroupⅡare essential hypertension;GroupⅢare pheochromocytomas.The levels of serum angiotensinⅡ(ATⅡ),norepinephrin(NE)and epinephrine(E)in each group and serum ATⅡat eleven time points in groupⅢwere measured. According to the pharmacokinetics one compartment model,we design a project of the hormone complement after pheochromocytomas was cut off.Results①The levels of serum ATⅡof groupⅡandⅢwere higher than those of groupⅠ(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01);those in groupⅢwere higher than in groupⅡtoo(P＜0.05).The levels of serum ATⅡwere significantly lower at the time of 0.1 and 3 minute in groupⅢthan those before anesthesia(P＜0.05).②The levels of serum catecholamine of groupⅡare similar to those of groupⅠ(P＞0.05);while those in groupⅢwere higher significantly than in groupⅠ(P＜0.01).According to the pharmacokinetics one compartment model,we were succeeded in complementary hormone with TCI after pheochromocytomas was cut off.Conclusion The levels of serum ATⅡand catecholamine on pheochromocytomas were higher than those with normal blood pressure and essential hypertension. Angiotensin-concerting enzyme inhibitors and angiotensinⅡreceptor block can be the ordinary medicine as the anti-α-adrenergic agents which help to increase the effect of treatment with injection and shorten the preparation time.According to the theory of TCI of infusion anesthesia medicine,complementary hormone with TCI after pheochromocytomas was cut off is more scientific,the effect is very satisfied.
