Objective To evaluate efficacy and safe as well as dependence of toc- hydrochlorothiazide, captopril and nitrendipine according to view therapeutic effect and influence to metabolism of three therapic regimen as low dose regimen of hydrochlorothiazide, combiniant regimen of hydrochlorothiazide and captopril and combiniant regimen of hydrochlorothiazide and nitrendipine towards to hypertensive disease patients in Xinjiang agriculture-pasture region. Methods 234 subjects selected from Xinjiang agriculture-pasture region of hypertensive disease patients was divided into three therapic as above, there were 67 subjects in regimen of hydrochlorothiazide, 99 subjects in combiniant regimen of hydrochlorothiazide and captopril, 68 subjects in combiniant regimen of hydrochlorothiazide and nitrendipine for separate, follow up visit for 3 months, to observce change of biochemical indicator as blood glucose, blood fat and ion as well as blood pressure, heart rate.Results1.The distribution of age, BMI, blood pressure, heart rate, blood glucose, blood fat, ion did not exist difference among three regimens, P﹥0.05.2.Decrease of blood pressure and heart rate in regimen of hydrochlorothiazide was 22.68/15.72mmHg and 4.40bp for separate, 27.15/13.99mmHg and 5.19bpm in regimen of hydrochlorothiazide and captopril for separate, 20.58/12.54mmHg and 3.76bpm in in combiniant regimen of hydrochlorothiazide and nitrendipine, blood pressure and heart rate of each regime after antihypertensive drug therapy was lower than that before antihypertensive drug, P<0.05.3.Blood sodium of each regime after antihypertensive drug therapy was lower than that before antihypertensive drug therapy, P<0.05. Triglyceriche(TG)decreased in in regimen of hydrochlorothiazide and captopril, P=0.048. low density lipoprotein(LDL)increased sificantly in regimen of hydrochlorothiazide and captopril, P=0.006. Cholesterol total decreased significantly in combiniant regimen of hydrochlorothiazide and nitrendipine than the other regimens, P=0.005. Blood glucose, blood potassium, blood calcium, cholesterol total, high density lipoprotein had no change in each regimen before and after antihypertensive drug therapy, P﹥0.05.4.Decrease of blood pressure, heart rate had no difference among three regimes, P﹥0.05. change of biochemical indicator such as blood fat, blood glucose, ion, ect did not exit difference among three regimes, P﹥0.05.Conclusion1.The rate of reaching target blood pressure reached 100% in three regimens. The effects of reducing blood pressure were clear and significant, blood pressure meanly decreased 23.96/14.06mmHg in three regimen.2.Anti-hypertensive drugs had negative effects on heart rate which meanly decreased 4.55 bpm in the study. It was possibly the inhibition of RAAS and SNS as a result of a decrement of blood pressure.3.There have no any adverse effects on blood lipid, blood glucose, blood potassium in three regimens. It suggested that the regimens were safe and reliable.4.Drug therapies were economical in three regimens and the highest cost annually was only 40.52 Yuan. We may have the highest cost—utility ratio in a particular population. Patients would have a higher compliance with these therapies.
