Objective:To study the bacteria category of vulvovaginal candidiasis, and investigate the pathogenesis of recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis acrossing the study of local immune condition of vagina under different pathophysiologic condition. Methods:According to the research project, people were divided into 4 groups : group recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis(RVVC), group vulvovaginal candidiasis (VVC), group VVC in pregnancy, and normal comparison group . All the patients were diagnosed according to the sixth edition of Gynecology and Obstetrics, from people's health publishing company. With the microscope for the primary screen out. We got the vaginal secretion, then cultivate them in order to prove the infection and analyse the category of the bacteria.. We got the lavage of the vagina and centrifugate it, then separate the lymphocyte and epithelium .The consistency of IgE was mensurated with ELISA and the surface immune sign of the lymphocyteCD4,CD8,CD3 was detected with flow cytometer. Results : Epiphyte cultivating showed that component proportion of non-albicans candida species in RVVC group was higher than VVC and VVC in pregnancy groups.Titer of IgE: the IgE concentration of RVVC group was higher than the VVC, VVC in pregnancy and normal comparison groups prominently. There were significant difference between four groups (P<0.05).The test of the immune function of lymphocyte:1. CD4: Amount of CD4 cells in RVVC group was lower than the VVC, VVC in pregnancy and normal comparison groups prominently. There were significant difference (P<0.05). There were also statistical difference between the VVC, VVC in pregnancy and normal comparison groups. But there were no difference between the two groups.2. CD8: Amount of CD8 cells in RVVC, VVC, VVC in pregnancy groups were higher than normal comparison group. There were significant difference (P<0.05). But there were no difference between the three groups.3. CD3: Amount of CD3 cells in RVVC, VVC, VVC in pregnancy groups were higher than normal comparison group. There were significant difference between the VVC and normal comparison groups (P<0.05). But there were no difference between the rest groups (P>0.05).4. CD4/CD8: Amount of CD4/CD8 cells in RVVC, VVC , and VVC in pregnancy groups were lower than normal group , there was significant difference on the statistics (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between the three groups. Conclusions:The incidence of the vulvovaginal candidiasis had a consanguineous mutuality with the immu-environment of vagina. The infection of non-albicans candida species and the abnormal of the vaginal immu-environment might be the pathogenesis of recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis. The pregnant vulvovaginal candidiasis might has the abnormal of local vaginal immu-environment.
