| Objective:According to botany science,Lamnitzera racemosa belongs to the combretaceae family.This thesis mainly concentrates on exploring the chemical constituents and the biological activation of it,hoping to figure out its biological activation constituents and consequently provide the theoretical basis for its reasonable development and use.Method:The method of silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 and recrystallisation are used to isolate and obtain those compounds,and then the structures of such compounds are identified according to the chemical spectroscopic methods and the related documents available.Besides,the method of flow-injection chemiluminescence is applied to measure their H2O2 scavenging abilities,and carrageenan-induced mouse hind paw edema to observe the anti-inflammatory activity and the alteration of LPO of liver.Result:Nine compounds are obtained by isolation from the stem of Lamnitzera Racemosa,seven of which are identified as Stigmasterol (1),raraxerol(2),n-Dotriacontyl alcohol(4),2α,3β,23-t rihydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid(5),Stigmasterol-3-0-β-D-glucopyranoside(6),3,3',4'-tri-0 -methyellagic acid(7), Gallic acid(9).Compound No.3 and compound No.10 can not be identified at this moment and thus need further identification.According to the research under flow-injection chemiluminescence,it shows that the fraction 75%-ethanol has the strongest H2O2 scavenging ability among all the extraction obtained by water-solubility,and n-BuOH fraction of the 95%ethanol extract.With the use of carrageenan-induced mouse hind paw edema,n-BuOH fraction has been found to have the ability of inhibiting the paw edem,but it can not affect the content of the LPO.Conclusion:From the stem of Lamnitzera racemosa,nine compounds can be obtained,of which compound No.5(2α,3β,23-t rihydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid),compound No.6(Stigmasterol- 3-0-β-D-glucopyranoside)and compound No.7(3,3',4'-tri-0 - methyellagic acid)are reported to have been discovered for the first time.The extracts obtained from the stem of Lamnitzera racemosa all have certain kind of H2O2 scavenging abilities,and fraction 75%-ethanol is the strongest.Though n-BuOH fraction has the function of anti-inflamation,it is not so strong,and thus it can not have a significant and obvious effect on the improvement of LPO of liver. |
