| Objective: To analyse the gynecologic malignancy disease treated in tumor affiliated hospital of xinjiang medical university after firstly misdiagnosed and wrongly treated in other hospitals , And expect to improve the frist accurate diagnosis and standardized treatment to the patients with gynecologic malignancy. Methods: 43 gynecologic malignancy patients(ovarian cancer, endometrial cancer, cervical cancer)who were treated in affiliated Tumor Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University after firstly misdiagnosed and mistreatment in other hospitals were retrospectively analyzed. Results; There were 16 ovarian cancer patients, among them 10 cases were diagnosed ovarian benign cyst before operation, 3 cases were pelvic mass , and 2 cases were uterine myoma, one case was found after Caesarean brith. Among 13 endometrial cancer cases, 9 cases were misdiagnosed as uterine myoma ,4 cases were dysfunctional uterine bleeding, among the 14 cases of cervical cancer, 6 cases were misdiagnosed as chronic cervicities,3 cases were pelvic mass, 3 cases were uterine myoma, 2 cases were cervical cancer in situe. All of the 43 patients were not treated systematically in other hospitals. 31 patients received secondary operative treatment after sending on to our hospital. Conclusion: The misdiagnosis and mistreatment of the common gynecologic malignant tumors are not common problem, the procedure of standard treatment and accurate first diagnosis is the key of the avoiding the misdiagnosis and mistreatment, early remedial operation can be performed and necessary. |
