Study On Misdiagnosis And Treatment Of "Wang Mengying Medical Records"

Objective: The existence of misdiagnosis and mistreatment of traditional Chinese medicine reduces the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine and indirectly restricts the development of traditional Chinese medicine.Although this phenomenon exists objectively,its causes can also be grasped by people.The purpose of this study is to explore the causes of misdiagnosis and mistreatment by analyzing the related medical cases of misdiagnosis and mistreatment in Wang Mengying Medical Records,so as to provide reference for clinical reduction of this phenomenon.Methods: Through the method of literature research,the medical cases of partial wrong supplement,purgative errors,wrong sweat and wrong use of cold and cold in Wang Mengying Medical Records were screened out.After detailed analysis,the causes of misdiagnosis and mistreatment were further discussed.Conclusions:Based on the analysis of relevant medical cases,the causes of misdiagnosis and mistreatment,such as unclear identification of symptoms,Conventional,ignorance of contingency,misunderstanding of health preservation,preference for compensation,etc.,were discussed.Although it is difficult to avoid misdiagnosis and mistreatment of traditional Chinese medicine in clinical practice,doctors can reduce the number of misdiagnosis and improve their diagnosis and treatment level if they can change the way of Conventional in time,pay attention to the identification of similar symptoms and avoid blind supplement.
