Purpose: In application of ECG, observing the diversity between the Da Ling and Qu Ze acupoints instant effects for CHD patients, detecting their cooperativity, to supply an experimental basis for selecting the acupionts in clinic.Method: In observation, 30 CHD cases were randomly divided into three groups, and accordingly treated with three prescriptions: Da Ling; Qu Ze; both Da Ling and Qu Ze. Every patient would be treated with three prescriptions at different time, two acupunctures interval of five days at least.The changes of ECGs were recorded with pro-acupuncturing, the acupuncturing moment, and post-acupuncturing in 15mins, 30mins.Results: Da Ling, Da Ling & Qu Ze acupuncting treatment could obviously improve the blood supply of the hearts; Qu Ze had not improve the blood supply of the hearts; No obvious diversity between Da Ling & Qu Ze treatment compared with Da Ling.Conclusion: Da Ling, Da Ling & Qu Ze had the same effect on improving the blood supply of CHD hearts, but Qu Ze had not the effect. Qu Ze could neither strengthen nor weaken the blood supply of the hearts while acupuncturing Da Ling.
